For us, design is only finished when it has proven itself in series production. As a technically oriented design office, we attach great importance to ensuring that our developments can be easily transferred to production. To this end, we offer you the necessary services, sometimes with the involvement of specialized cooperation partners.
Design Engineering
In close coordination and cooperation with your internal technical department or suitable external service providers, we bring our design to series production. The foundation for this is laid at an early stage, as we check the technical feasibility and target costs as early as the feasibility study or proof-of-concept phase.

MECHANICAL DESIGN CONCEPT
As part of the mechanical design concept (part of the feasibility study / proof of concept), the basic principles are examined and a technical architecture is developed. Risks are considered, as are manufacturing processes and costs.
TECHNICAL COORDINATION
Project planning, project management, consultation and coordination with manufacturing companies, right through to quality acceptance - in order to bring the defined and approved design into series production as quickly as possible and without any loss of quality.
MECHANICAL DESIGN
The concept is detailed in 3D CAD with prototyping support and developed into an overall assembly. Parts and housing design including 2D drawing derivation as well as production optimization are processed.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
Continuous documentation of the development and the corresponding decisions through our product development manual. Production drawings, parts list creation BOM, assembly and exploded drawings.
