Prototyping, design models, small series

PROTOTYPE CONSTRUCTION

On the basis of preliminary designs and sketches, we develop 3D CAD structure and surface data as a prerequisite for model creation in rapid prototyping or for further processing in design.

PROCUREMENT

‍Inthe short term, rapid prototyping results can be incorporated into the development process. Depending on specific requirements, functional models, design models, partial or full prototypes are designed and procured on the basis of our 3D CAD data.

SMALL SERIES

Realization of pilot and small series in rapid manufacturing processes, e.g. for clinical studies. Vacuum casting, simplified mold construction, aluminum or silicone molds, or part generation directly from STL, SLS or metal sintering processes.
