Ergonomic product design in the rehabilitation sector
Amovida Motion Comfort+ is a high-tech seat cushion. It was developed specifically for prophylaxis against the increased risk of pressure sores in wheelchair users.

Result
With good material against pressure sores
Materials such as silicone for pressure relief with phase-change material for temperature regulation and textile spacer fabrics for regulating the seat climate have been combined in a sandwich structure. A soft foam core with a shock-absorbing function relieves pressure. The ergonomic grip position and the 3-sided zipper allow easy handling for the user and the nursing staff. The design and choice of materials are designed for use in the dynamically stressing active wheelchair sector.
